These are about a year newer than what comes with Windows 10 as well, FWIW. I downloaded and installed the Standard Drivers (since I don't care for the Killer software) and it resolved my issue. I realized then that all three of my PCs have integrated Killer NICs (I'm using an ASRock Z87 Fatal1ty board, MSI Z97-M, and an MSI Z97-I). They recommended upgrading my Killer Network drivers.
